Application

PARAS HYDROCHEM – 101 is a blend of volatile product for steam condensate treatment that provide the direct neutralization of carbon dioxide which ensure positive corrosion protection.

PARAS HYDROCHEM – 101 is formulated to provide an ideal vapor-liquid distribution ratio, to protect all parts of the steam/condensate system with the minimal product loss.

DOSAGE

5 – 10 ppm depending on water supply, amount of condensate return, and type of pre-treatment plant in use, the dosage of PARAS HYDROCHEM – 101 will vary from system to system. Your Water Treatment Consultant will recommend the proper dosage for specific recommendation.

Use optimum PARAS HYDROCHEM – 101 to maintain a condensate pH in the range of 8-8.3 for Industrial systems.

Continuous feeding of PARAS HYDROCHEM 101 with a metering pump is recommended, but slug feeding is acceptable. May be mixed and fed with most other conventional water treatment chemicals, PARAS HYDROCHEM – 101 may be fed to the feed line, boiler, or steam line, preferably the first two.
